We engage with reputed companies with robust track records, and in many instances GPs on select opportunities and provide support through the capital raise process, either directly or through a fund structure. We embrace the fund of funds [FoF] model as well, and can assist with mandates pertinent to specific geographies or sectors.

Liquidity Solutions

We provide advisory and other liquidity relevant services for GP stakes as well as LP interests. In a majority of the cases, these stakes will be pertinent to a single underlying asset or a commingled fund. We compute a fair NAV of the held asset considering multiple adjacent scenarios [base, bear, and bull] and metrics such as the EV [enterprise value] and comparable multiples.
